- Are in any form other than First Name (space) Last Name. Inclusion of a middle name or initial (followed by a period), separated by a space from both the first and the last name, is optional. Please note that you may, but are not required to, use your REAL name, but the name you choose must be in the indicated format or your user account and all of your postings will be deleted. In other words, the name must be entered as if you were typing it on a normal piece of correspondence.
- Employ hyphens, underscores, or other characters, or omit a space, between first and last names.
- Fail to provide as their location both a CITY AND STATE, or CITY AND COUNTRY. If the location is listed as just "USA" or only a country name or abbreviation, or isn't recognizable as any location at all, the account will be terminated at once.
- Indicate in any way that they are trying to use this board as an advertising vehicle for selling any product or service of any kind. This might include account information referencing a sales-oriented website or email address, or a mention of any commercial site in the signature block.
- Provide a fake email address or for any other reason fail to validate the account within a VERY brief period of time (however long the interval may be between joining and the next time I review account information, which is pretty much daily).
- Any other reason that causes me to suspect that the user is interested in exploiting this site for some commercial purpose.
